Follow these steps to become a vendor for Gypsy Farmhouse Markets:

1. Fill out the vendor profile form (once each calendar year).

2. Email pictures if you do not have social media profiles or a website.

3. Complete an application/contract for any market that you are interested in.  

4. Pay your invoice by the due date.

5. Market info and booth assignments will be sent approximately one week prior to the market.

The vendor profile form must be completed at least once each year.   An application/contract must be completed for each market that you are interested in.  

I do allow booth sharing by up to two vendors in a booth no smaller than a 8 x8.  However, two direct sales/MLM companies cannot share the same booth (it confuses shoppers).  Additionally, the two companies must be complimentary to each other.   For instance, a bath and body shop sharing a booth with pottery would not work.  When you submit your application, please include a note explaining how you believe the two businesses are complimentary and will be able to provide a cohesive display.

Vendors are put on the list in the order that applications/contracts are received, taking into account the type of vendor and the items that they sell (so that we have a variety at every market to the extent possible).

After you have completed the vendor profile form, click the link above for the market you are interested in to access the application/contract for that market..  Your participation for any market will not be considered until we have a profile form, application/contract and pictures of your booth or items (or links to your website and social media profiles).
